Dale and Char arrived in Boone in 2003 from Indianapolis, making this their 19th move in 43 years of marriage! Both are now full-time authors and speakers. Dale’s experience includes a career in the US Army, corporate management in the chemical and textile industries, and academia with teaching positions at West Point, University of Kentucky, and Indiana Wesleyan. For 9 years Dale was in full-time ministry sheltering the homeless in Indianapolis, feeding the hungry across the nation, and starting up businesses in Ukraine to employ the impoverished and develop financial support for orphanage ministries and the first ever privately owned Christian youth camp on the Sea of Azov.
