David and Amy graduated from ASU in 1999, David with BA degrees in English and German/International Studies, and Amy with a BS in English/Secondary Education and minors in German and English as a Second Language. Shortly after college, they worked in Austria for the Fulbright Commission for a couple years and had the pleasure of traveling around Europe and a little into Asia and Africa. In 2002, they returned back to the Appalachian mountains they love and, with the exception of summer travels abroad, have been here ever since. David is a paramedic in town and Amy has been teaching high school English for the past eight years.
